1. Vehicle delivery
All vehicles are delivered from the Punjab Honda branch selected at the time of booking. We do NOT ship vehicles to home addresses except for pre-arranged corporate or fleet orders.
2. Delivery timelines
- In-stock variants: 24-72 hours from full payment + KYC clearance.
- HMSI allocated variants: 15-45 days from booking confirmation, subject to factory dispatch schedule.
- BigWing premium models (CB350, NX500): 30-60 days, allocated centrally by Honda India.
Delivery time is indicative and subject to RTO clearance, insurance issuance, and financing approval where applicable.
3. Pre-delivery inspection (PDI)
Every vehicle undergoes a 32-point HMSI-mandated PDI before customer handover. You are welcome to be present during the PDI; please schedule with your branch in advance.
4. Accessory shipping
Accessories purchased separately are dispatched within 3-5 working days via Bluedart or India Post Speed Post. Shipping is free for orders above ₹ 2,000 within Ahmedabad; standard charges apply outside.
5. Documents & RTO papers
Permanent RTO registration certificate (RC) is typically issued within 30-45 days of delivery and dispatched via Speed Post to the registered address. Track via the RTO portal using your engine number.
6. Delivery cancellation
If you cannot take delivery on the scheduled date, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We hold the vehicle for 7 days post-PDI; beyond that, parking fees may apply.
7. Damage in transit
Should any visible damage be noticed during PDI, please refuse handover and notify the branch manager immediately. We will arrange replacement or rectification at zero cost.
