1. Vehicle booking amount
Online vehicle bookings on punjabhonda.com require a token amount of ₹ 5,000 paid via Razorpay. This amount is adjusted against the final on-road price at the time of delivery.
2. Cancellation by customer
- Within 48 hours of booking: full refund of ₹ 5,000 to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- 48 hours to 30 days: 80% refund (₹ 4,000); ₹ 1,000 retained as processing & administrative cost.
- After 30 days or post HMSI allocation: non-refundable; the amount remains as credit toward another Honda vehicle purchase within 12 months.
3. Cancellation by Punjab Honda
If we cannot deliver the requested variant or colour within 60 days, we issue a full refund (₹ 5,000) including any RTO/insurance deposits paid, within 7 working days.
4. EMI & financing deposits
If a financing application is rejected by the lender, your booking amount is refunded in full minus a ₹ 500 documentation fee. Payments made directly to the financing partner are governed by that partner's refund terms.
5. Insurance & AMC
Vehicle insurance and AMC payments are non-refundable once policy issuance is confirmed. Cancellation requests must be raised within 7 days of issuance and refunds are processed per the insurer/HMSI cancellation grid.
6. Accessory orders
Accessories ordered through our branches are eligible for return within 7 days if unopened and in resaleable condition. Custom-fit or installed accessories are non-refundable once fitted.
7. Refund timeline
Approved refunds reflect in the original payment method within 7-10 working days. Razorpay processing time and bank settlement cycles may add additional days.
8. How to request a refund
Email customercare@punjabhonda.com with your Booking ID, vehicle model, and reason. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and confirm the refund decision within 5 working days.
